  • Rent, including power and water

  • End-of-stay cleaning (not including kitchen and dish washing)

  • Access to the indoor heated swimming pool, the hammam and bicycle / surfboard storage area

To be paid on site :

  • Holiday tax (1,23€ / day)
  • The deposit (300 € per apartment). This will be returned at the end of your stay after you have settled any extra charges, and after deducting any eventual costs for damages.

Optional Extras :

  • Pets : 13 € / day
  • Extra linen rental : towel sets (1 hand towel & 1 bath towel) : 6 € / person
  • Extra parking : 8 € / day / car - or 45 € / week / car (N.B. please pre-book as there are only a limited number of spaces)
  • Cleaning upon request, from 55 €
